After a user completes the signup process, it is essential to verify their KYC status before allowing access to certain features. The KYC status indicates whether the user’s identity has been verified, is pending verification, or has been rejected.
KYC Status Values:
1 – Under Review: The user has already submitted the KYC documents, and they are currently under review.
2 – Verified: The customer’s profile has been successfully verified. The user can now access all platform features.
3 – Rejected: The KYC submission has been rejected. In this case, check which document caused the rejection:
If id_status is rejected → the user must re-upload a valid ID document.
If address_status is rejected → the user must re-upload valid address proof.
This workflow ensures that only verified users gain full access while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and platform security.
