ID Proof Requirements

To complete KYC verification, the system specifies the type of ID proof a customer must submit based on their profile and location.

If ID proof is required: Users must upload the front side of a valid ID document.

If the user is Non-EU: Only a passport is accepted for KYC verification.

It is mandatory to upload the correct document as specified. Submitting an incorrect document will result in the rejection of the KYC profile.
